Laura Lieben

My training as an actor includes various workshops with coaches such as Tom Logan and Peter Skagen, as well as over One Year of ongoing training with acting coach/director/producer, Neil Schell. My acting career began in 2008 when I booked a supporting role in a series pilot, "The Kois," as a singer/pianist in a girls band; a project that received three nominations in the Alberta Film and TV Awards. My work later took me to the mountains of Colorado for lead role of Rachel Winslow - a singer/songwriter/pianist - in a dramatic feature film, "In His Steps," based on the bestselling novel of the same title by Charles Sheldon. The following year took me to Vancouver and Croatia for a supporting role in a powerful true story of love and sacrifice from the 1900s, "Stolen Path."
