Rae Spoon

I am a Victoria songwriter, author, producer and performer originally from Calgary. In the past 17 years I have release 9 solo albums as well as three collaborative albums. I have been twice long listed by the Polaris Prize, won the Galaxy Rising Star award in 2003 and I've toured extensively in Canada, the USA, Australia and Europe. My latest album Armour was released in February 2016 and I'm currently touring to support the release. I currently own my own record label name Coax Records and do a lot of my own promotion. My current goals are to keep promoting my new album by creating engaging music videos and to tour new markets. I have previously been in 3 music videos and a feature length documentary musical, so I have some experience on camera.
