Jess Lupini

Jess is a filmmaker, musician, animator, and storyteller. She's the co-founder and creative Director of Avo Media, where she helps tell stories about science, medicine, and technology through engaging visuals and audio. She's known for her short film Iteration 1, which has over two million views on YouTube. Jess has directed documentary projects (The Rarest Drug on Earth), brand videos (Belgard Kitchen, Kanso Coffee), music videos (IAMFOREST, DIY HIFI), as well as countless educational explainers. She's also hosted two podcasts: Science Telephone and Double Blind. In her 'spare time' (whatever that is), Jess is a cast member of the D&D liveplay show BlackwaterDnD (Twitch, YouTube), and a fitness instructor at CMMN GRND in Vancouver.
