Allison Lane

Allison "Ally" Lane has been a creator since the fourth grade when she wrote and produced her first play. At age twelve she wrote a letter to the Edmonton Access Network asking for her own talk show. She didn't receive her own show but a job offer as a production assistant. From that point she was hooked. She earned her theatre and film degree from the University of Winnipeg and moved to Calgary in 1997 to start an events and entertainment company, Out Of Our Heads Productions. Now celebrating its 20th year in business, Ally has produced and hosted over 1000 events, written over 25 produced shows, appeared in the Canadian Screen Award winning documentary, 'About Her', head writer for Buymurdermysteries.com, and has just been nominated for an Inspiring Woman of the Year award.
