I'm a Metis artist with 10+ years of broad experience recording, writing, creating, producing, and sharing Indigenous knowledge in media and print including community-based storytelling research, engagement, and production within Indigenous communities. I am a member of the Métis Nation of Alberta. My website ourelderstories.com includes six Indigenous films, a set of language resources, and recent publications. I have made 5 films with Métis Elders sharing stories in both documentary and animation sharing stories of the historical, educational, and cultural. Sharing narrative expressions of Elders, building teams to help share their stories, and producing resources in Michif language is vitally important to language revitalization. 3 degrees in education.
