Pablo Zacarias

Hailing from the oldest living city in the Americas, Cholula (Cholloyán) but born in Mexico City (Tenochtitlán), Pablo is the result of the romantic & chaotic encounters of the immigrant diaspora from Lebanon, Syria, and France that found love and safe haven in Argentina, Brazil & Mexico in the early 1900's. Currently an uninvited guest in the unceded and ancestral territories of the Musqueam, Squamish & Tsleil-Waututh nations known as Vancouver, hoping to one day become an invited guest. Father of two powerful girls, songwriter, co-founder of cult comedy band Los Godínez and an active stand-up comedian both in English and Spanish with his comedy troupe Risa en tu Idioma. Currently working on APÄTRIDA (stateless) a transdisciplinary project to premiere on November, 2024 in North Vancouver
