Brendan Boyd

Brendan James Boyd (He/Him) is a puppeteer, puppet builder, director and arts educator from Alberta, Canada. His career so far has spanned from owning and operating a local puppetry company to being involved in major feature films and international television. Brendan’s life long passion for puppetry eventually led to working with the Jim Henson Company on the Apple TV+ series Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock as a puppeteer and puppet fabricator. Brendan is the co-founder of Puppet Stuff Canada where he is the senior project coordinator as well as director and performer for the companies live entertainment offerings. Outside of puppetry Brendan is an accomplished production designer and special effects artists and has won multiple awards for his work in the horror genre.
