Rebecca Collins

Rebecca Collins is a University of Alberta graduate, teacher, and emerging artist. During her studies at the University, Rebecca attended the 2013 Indra Congress in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland, which focused on facilitating social justice through the performing arts. Following this course, Rebecca co-facilitated an arts project under advisement of a PhD candidate, exploring PlayBack Theatre and community story telling. Having spent the past two years working as a teacher with Edmonton Public Schools, Rebecca continues to use storytelling as an approach to understanding and creative expression. She hopes to collaborate on artistic community projects and one day begin a Masters of Arts in Communication and Technology.
