Candace Schmidt

I have been an entrepreneur since the age of 8. Started 13 companies in Asia with my partner and in the process oversaw all our branding and advertising. We created our own visuals including commercials and print. We founded a non-profit in 2000, and shortly after began to shoot and direct documentaries in Africa and Asia. I am a dynamic listener, engaged in peoples stories. I'm passionately committed to a standard of excellence and believe there is always a way to get it done, and done right! I am equally matched in both the business aspect of film and TV as well as the creative. I balance high production value with the best margins. The gear, the cast, the skill, all essential, but my job is to make sure the story always wins.
