Mohamed Ibrahim

I am an Egyptian-American artist in Canada doing his best. I was trained as a photographer at Emily Carr University of Art + Design. My practice has ranged from video performances of Muslim mysticism to fashion films. Most recently I've been fixated on the effects of diaspora on identity formation. I am currently working in Vancouver as a digital marketer, while endlessly negotiating my ties to home and my status as a settler.
