Synopsis

See the world differently through the eyes of Mindi, a girl with high functioning autism. She turns to video games as one form of escape from the world around her. Like people on the spectrum, she has a hard time with social interaction and communication, and also having dissociative identity disorder. She is faced with one of the biggest struggles of stereotyped autistic adults-- finding a job. When her mother unexpectedly encounters impending unemployment, Mindi decides it is time to step up and help. From writing a resume to her phone screening and all the way to her final interview, Mindi overcomes it with her larger than life world of games as her favourite video game characters in the real world.
